FAKE WORLDS is the third, and previously unreleased adventure of Italian Surf Academy (aka ISA: the surf music trio leaded by Marco Cappelli since 2010). Following The American Dream (Mode Records, 2011) and Barbarella Reloaded (Mode Records, 2017) albums, the band dives deeper into the sounds of spaghetti westerns and exotica, surfing around the imaginary universes inspired by the music by Ennio Morricone and Martin Denny, plus a “Link Wray homage” and one original, Cappelli-penned tune. FAKE WORLDS marks the debut of ISA New York based lineup, with Damon Banks on bass and Dave Miller on drums.
